By accessing 824pr.media or 824prmedia.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms govern your use of the Site only — not any separate project or services agreement you may have with 824PR Media LLC(“824PR Media”).

2. Services

824PR Media provides digital product engineering, brand strategy, web and mobile development, growth, and AI automation services. Specific scope, deliverables, payment, and timelines are governed by a separate written Statement of Work or services agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of services.

3. Intellectual property

• ✦Site content: All text, design, graphics, and code on this Site are the property of 824PR Media LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• ✦Client deliverables: Ownership of work product delivered under a client engagement transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, as specified in the applicable Statement of Work.
• ✦Portfolio rights: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 824PR Media retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
